The food was delicious! We ordered the Chilean sea bass which was cooked to perfection, ribeye, and short ribs. The mac and cheese was amazing! Our server Eli was great, very friendly and timely with everything!

This was the first place my husband and i went on a date to after our baby was born and it did not disappoint!! We will be going back next week for my birthday and i cannot wait! Great food, great service.

Made a reservation for an early Friday night dinner, the boyfriend and I decided that it was a "treat ourselves" date night. Located near a parking structure, parking is easy to find with a few minute walk to the restaurant. When we arrived, we got seated promptly and was greeted by our server. We started our dinner with a seafood tower. We are not big fans of stone crab and mussels so we substitute it with more shrimp and oysters. I got the baked potato soup. We got a ribeye shared, we also ordered the hash brown sides. The steak was good but we were getting full from the seafood tower. The petite size seafood tower is more like a 4 person portion. We had gotten 10 oyster and 10 shrimps and 1 lobster tail. A big fan of the hash brown that came with sour cream and ketchup. Ask them to make it crispy. Server was genuine and had a great service and attitude. We got everything we requested and all was good. Was an enjoyable fun date night.

This trip to Larsen's was by far our best experience to date. I have been to the Valencia and Encino locations many times but have never been motivated to review Larsen's. So what changed? First and foremost was the service. Eli and Craig were absolutely fantastic and took great care of my family, especially given that we were celebrating an important occasion. The second (and probably the most important) was the quality and taste of the food. So what did we love and what was just ok? I'm glad I asked myself that question...here we go. We ordered the seafood tower and the charcuterie board. While the seafood was fresh, there wasn't much taste. I am comparing this to my experience when ordering a similar tower at Mastro's or Ruth's Chris. Perhaps I was just craving something to dip the shrimp, crab, or lobster into? The clarified butter was ok but needed a bit of salt, and maybe an aioli or similar dip/cocktail sauce would have helped. I ate most of the seafood without anythuing but it was definitely missing salt. The charcuterie board on the other hand had a nice blend of delicious cheeses and meats and we ate both appetizers. The real stars of our meal were unexpected since they weren't steak or meat. Several people got the Miso Cod and it was absolutely delicate and delicious. The sauce was heavenly, and the fish was tender and melted in your mouth. I also had the branzino special with lobster on top (in a lemon beurre blanc sauce), and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Another surprise for the night were the sides, with the creamed spinach and crispy brussel sprouts being our favorites (and getting devoured). I think the sides at Larsen's are much better than similar steakhouses, so make sure to try them. What made the creamed spinach so good was that it actually felt like you were eating spinach that was enhanced by the cream rather than being overwhelmed by it. The flavor and texture of the spinach wasn't lost like it tends to be elsewhere. The truffle fries were also very good. Desserts were ok with the bananas foster butter cake being the clear winner. The cheesecake was also great, and the creme brulee was good but nothing special. Our least favorite was the chocolate mousse cake mostly because it didn't seem like a chocolate mousse cake or sper chocolatey like we expected. That being said we still ate it, because apparently we are unable to leave desserts uneaten. I'm told that is rude and who am I to insult cake? Overall we had a great meal at Larsen's, which was elevated by our dining and service experience, in addition to our meal choices.

Very nice elegant experience very much recommend waiter's were always on time food was excellent every time I been and I been quite often , the very best experience I love the piano player and music is just an vibe the ambiance amazing just amazing

Ok this was suppose to been reviewed however.. I have always wanted to try this steakhouse. I was surprised to see one near me! We came here about 2 weeks ago and it was pretty good. Very dark and intimate, service was good and food took no time to come out. We tried the bacon shrimp, steak and mashed potatoes with my tito and cran. The shrimp and my strong drink was the highlight though.

Customer service like always wonderful Food was just delicious Ambiance is so settle, relaxing and elegant.

So, I hit this place up on a Friday evening as I was staying just down the road at the Hyatt Regency. I walked in, sat at the bar and was acknowledged a few minutes later. I ordered a glass of Chardonnay and the bartender rang it in, placed the bill in the glass in front of me and that was it. After 15 minutes, I asked another bartender if there was an issue as I had not received my wine. He provided me with a glass finally... It's like rolling the dice sometimes...

Consistently a hit, the entrees, the ambience but the personality that consists tops this place and sets it apart this establishment is people like Chason and Jacqueline. I've probably been to this place a thousand times. There was and never have been a Bartendar or server as great as Chason. The day he stops working here, will be the day I stop coming. To this day, when the bar messes up the drinks I ask him to make it. I come here now at least three to four times a month. I've also brought numerous friends as well.

It's been awhile since a ribeye wow'd me. The steak was tender, juicy, and flavorful. The level of tenderness really blew me away. At 16 or 18oz, this steak is easily two to three meals for me. We paired our steaks with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. I'm usually pretty disciplined when it comes to these two sides, but that mac and cheese... Will be requesting golf ball sized ice cream for my next visit.
